Not at all. It’s always your choice. Internal exams can provide helpful insight but aren’t necessary. We can do external or fully clothed assessments instead — always with your comfort and consent in mind.
At first, no referral is needed—but one will be required later on. You can start with your initial evaluation without a prescription or referral, and we’ll discuss the next steps together afterward. If you have any questions, we can review everything over the phone or during your first visit.
